1 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. Please review the eligibility criteria below:
Eligible for Refund
- You received a damaged or defective book
- You received the wrong book (different from what you ordered)
- The book has printing defects or missing pages
- You followed our return process correctly with valid video proof
- You contacted us within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind or didn't like the content
- No valid video proof of unboxing provided
- Book damaged after delivery by customer
- Reported after 7-day return window
- Accepted a visibly damaged package at delivery
- Book cover design differs from website image
- Binding type (Paperback/Hardcover) complaint when clearly mentioned in product title
A Note About Book Covers & Editions
Book cover images shown on our website are for reference purposes only. The actual book you receive may have a different cover design than pictured, as publishers frequently update cover artwork. Rest assured, the content inside remains the same. Please note that book cover images do not indicate the binding type — a book shown with a hardcover image may be a paperback edition and vice versa. The binding type (Paperback or Hardcover) is clearly mentioned in the product title — please check this before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept complaints or returns based on cover design differences or binding type, as this information is provided upfront.
Important: Refunds are NOT available for books simply because you didn't like the content or changed your mind. We only process refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items with valid video proof.
2 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the following process will be followed:
Step 1: Inspection
Our team will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receiving it. We will verify that the condition matches the video proof provided, the item is in its original packaging, and the damage/defect is legitimate.
Step 2: Approval
You'll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If rejected, we'll provide a detailed explanation of the reason.
Step 3: Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3 What's Included in Refund
For approved returns due to our error or defective products:
Full Refund Includes: Full product price + Original shipping charges + Any taxes paid
What's NOT Refundable: Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error), gift wrapping charges, any special handling fees, and transaction fees (if applicable).
4 Damaged/Defective Items - Full Refund Guarantee
If you receive a damaged or defective item and meet all requirements:
You're Covered! You'll receive a full refund including shipping charges, OR we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
This applies only if:
- You did not accept a visibly damaged package at delivery
- You provided proper video proof of unboxing
- You reported the issue within 7 days of delivery
5 Refund Inquiries
After your refund is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with refund details, an estimated timeline for when the refund will appear in your account, and a refund reference number for tracking purposes.
Haven't received your refund? If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeline, first check with your bank or credit card company. Contact your payment provider if needed. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with your refund reference number.
6 Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind before the order ships? Here's our cancellation policy:
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for free before they are shipped. Full refund will be processed.
- After Dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please accept delivery and then initiate a return if eligible.
- Partial Cancellation: For multi-item orders, individual items can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Auto-Cancellation: Orders may be auto-cancelled if payment verification fails or if items go out of stock.
To cancel an order, go to "My Orders" in your account and click "Cancel Order" next to the relevant item.
