3 Ordering & Pricing

All orders placed through TheBooksCart are subject to the following conditions:

• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹). Books are exempt from GST in India, so no additional taxes are charged on book purchases.
• Price Changes: We may change prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement will apply to your purchase.
• Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms:

1. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
2. Payment must be completed before order dispatch (except COD orders).
3. COD orders are subject to a maximum limit of ₹999. A COD fee of ₹49 applies.
4. Refunds for cancelled or returned orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
